Cancellations:
We require 24-hour notice of cancellation for any appointment for any service.
Appointments that are cancelled less than 24-hours in advance may result in a charge that is 75% of the cost of the scheduled services.
“No Shows” will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Returns & Exchanges:
Products purchased at the salon may be returned for store credit within 15 days of the date of purchase.
The store credit may only be used for other products and not for services.
To be accepted for store credit, products may be returned in the same condition as when it was purchased (including packaging) and must not have been opened or used.
There are NO cash refunds for SERVICES provided.
